Add Reolink exposure mode select entity

Exposure mode controls the shutter time and gain of the image sensor.
Options are:

• Auto
• Low noise
• Anti-smearing
• Manual

The shutter time and gain range that is allowed for each mode can be fine tuned in the Reolink mobile app or windows/mac client.
