Updated list of AWS regions for Amazon Polly

Updated the list of AWS regions for the Amazon Polly service.

Can you please also update the Voices, there are some new voices (ex. Vick)i. The whole list is here https://docs.aws.amazon.com/polly/latest/dg/voicelist.html
I created an updated array with all currently supported voices ordered by name:
