Fix hvac_mode for viessmann devices with heatingCooling mode

Proposed change

I have a Viessmann hybrid systems that consists of a heat pump for floor heating and a gas boiler for domestic hot water.

The heat pump also supports cooling.

Right now, the heat pump always shows as status unknown, because the vicare mode heatingCooling was not properly handled.

This small PR fixes that.
