Remove local imports of hass-nabucasa

Proposed change

With hass-nabucasa now a core requirements, the local imports of the package can be removed

The local imports of hass-nabucasa were intended to avoid making it a core requirement. However, that did not work because it interfered with us updating the package: #112623
