Refactor rainmachine to increase chance of reusing the connection

Proposed change

Since the rainmachine devices and servers support http keep alive, gather prevented connection reuse which made the updates a bit slower since multiple connections needed to be established.

Remove the gather and let the updates run in series so the connection can be reused
