Add icons/logos for LD2450 BLE Custom Component

Icons and logos for an LD2450 BLE custom integration, which is a newer model of the ld2410_ble (core integration) [#3925].

• icon2x.png from HLKRadarTool app icon in Google Play store
• Resized icon2x.png to icon.png for better quality
• Uses improved Hi-Link logos from PR: improves ld2410 hi-link logo quality #7832

Thanks for opening a pull request. However, the provided icons doesn't seem to match the manufacturer branding (but look like an application icon).

Please use the manufacturer branding instead.
