Remove Social Blade integration (ADR-0004)

Proposed change

The Social Blade integration has been removed from Home Assistant because it relies on web scraping, which is no longer allowed.

  • I've opened up a PR for my custom integration on the Home Assistant
    Python wheels repository
• Replace an existing icon or logo with a higher quality version
• Removing an icon or logo
