I have been unable to get the tests to pass on my M1 Mac... any help would be appreciated there |

Appears the default response size is 4mb, and for larger installs this fails with an error that's not really clear as to the true nature of the problem ( #394 ). This PR adds
HASS_WS_MAX_MESSAGE_SIZEenv variable which can be increased in either kb or mb
