** Release Process:**

  • create release branch
  • update release note in HO (up to date before BETA)
  • terminate DEV Q&A, create 1st BETA (set DEV_STAGE=1 in gradle.properties)
  • announce it both to translators and on HT forum
  • finish release_notes and HT forum announcement
  • update latest Release information on ReadMe
  • update HO/docs/latest*.html and verify the presence of release_notes(*).md in the master branch required by the HO3 update
  • publish HT forum announcement
  • create ticket for next RLS
  • append release_notes to changelog

I think it is a good idea to start the beta phase right now and get the stable ready, when next season will start.
