Front page redesign to support quick access to bookmarked* and abandoned tasks. Additionally, pagination, sort, and search have been added to the task table for easier navigation.
A minor change of note--in order to integrate the DataTable feature -- the bootstrap version was upgraded from version
4.1.3to4.5.2. On inspection and after reading the release notes for 4.5, I didn't notice any conflicts, but please let me know if I missed anything.*For more information on "bookmarking", please refer to this PR: #210
