I think the e2e docker image generated by this branch is the one currently used by the API repo. It might be useful to keep around until we get the API repo switched over to clarinet devnet |

Build end-to-end docker image against a branch of stacks-blockchain
next. The node is now booted into epoch 2.5 with pox-4 enabled.
