This excludes system domains starting with SEC$ or MON$, and brings QRYDomains into line with similar queries.
USING is not supported in earlier versions so must be omitted if backward compatibility is required.
Allow metadata operations to take account of SQL dialect.
Support for delimited identifiers requires SQL dialect 3.
