[Update 2022-04-23]
A new certificate has been issued recently for users' convenience, hence the released appx is now properly signed.

NOTE: This release uses a self-signed certificate as it doesn't get enough support to renew a signing cert. Here are the steps to get the app installed on Windows:

Installation

Right click the downloaded appx -> Properties -> Digital Signatures -> Select 06CD... from the list -> Details
-> View Certificate -> Install Certificate -> Local Machine -> Yes -> Place all certificates in the following store
-> Browse -> Trusted Root Certification Authorities -> OK -> Next -> Finish

Double click the appx and follow the install process.
