#4733 left a few edge-case bugs with undo/redo: View::apply was still being called directly in the Document::undo_redo_impl and Document::earlier_later_impl functions. This change removes those calls and applies the necessary transactions to all views in EditorView. In order to do this for undo and earlier, History::changes_since now handles the case where the given revision is less than the current revision and composes all of the inverted transactions between the two history points.

View::apply is called in undo/redo. View::apply should only be called
by the EditorView now.

Apply inversions to Views on undo/redo

When using undo/redo, the history revision can be decremented. In that
case we should apply the inversions since the given revision in
History::changes_since. This prevents panics with jumplist operations
when a session uses undo/redo to move the jumplist selection outside
of the document.

Hey @the-mikedavis , does this resolve the following crash?

thread 'main' panicked at 'Position 11201 is out of range for changeset len 11200!', helix-core/src/transaction.rs:397:13
note: run with `RUST_BACKTRACE=1` environment variable to display a backtrace

I see this on master since today (helix 22.08.1 (590a628))

I'm pretty sure this does fix that case. Since 42e37a5 panics like that should not happen anymore except for the bug about undo/redo/earlier/later. If you used undo/redo before getting that panic, it is most likely solved by this change

Follow parent links when calculating changes since a revision

The 'revisions' field on History can't be treated as linear: each
Revision in the revisions Vec has a parent link and an optional child
link. We can follow those to unroll the recent history.

Rework the pkgsrc infrastructure to simplify tree-sitter-depends.mk, rewrite
the awk script to simplify things and support regular awk, and put it in the
