Build from master leaves cursor as block after exit

Summary

Latest version (build from master helix 25.07.1 (d0218f7e)) after exit leaves cursor as a block instead of reverting to whatever the shape was before helix start.

Reproduction Steps

• configure cursor as vertical bar in the terminal
• start helix (assuming default configuration)
• exit helix
• cursor changed to block, and it is supposed to be vertical bar

This issue is closed as duplicate of others, but stable version works fine for me, I bet this was broken after change to an new terminal library

I think we should just emit \e[0 q on exit which is supported by most terminals? https://terminalguide.namepad.de/seq/csi_sq_t_space/
