Make "Prevent echo feedback" work in virtual controller mappings

Ideally, it's up to the controller preset to define whether echo feedback is acceptable or not. E.g. Softube Console1 is another controller that unfortunately doesn't like echo feedback and in #1287 I'm writing a controller preset for it.

Right now, "Prevent echo feedback" is only considered when selected in the main mapping.
