When using quantized start/stop with an exclusive column and one slot is already playing, triggering another slot and immediately pressing SPACE will ignite both slots. This is undesired because the column is exclusive. Clips scheduled for stop should probably not be ignited when pressing SPACE.

#1226 Playtime: Prevent parallel ignited playback in exclusive columns

Only clips that are playing or are scheduled for stop will be ignited. Clips that are scheduled for start won't be ignited anymore.
