Idea incl level
As a teacher, I would like to be able to "unsubmit" a student's submitted program (so they can make revisions to it).

Additional context
I use Hedy extensively for my teaching, using customized adventures for each level. My students hand in all their programs, and I review them.

When their code doesn't do what it's supposed to, I would like to be able to send their program back to them, ideally mark them as "redo", so they can update it again and resubmit.

I love this idea! Reverting the submitted state shouldn't be too hard, I will look into this.

Fixes #4634 

**How to test:**
1. Log in as a student in a teachers class
2. Create a program and submit it
3. Log in as the teacher
4. Go to the class the student is in click: overview of programs per adventure, open the submitted program
5. Click on the unsubmit button
