Should create a common config file that contains pia username/pass etc and can be passed as a parameter to the "docker run" command. Should be able to specify which .ovpn config to use.

Reads all configuration from a mounted /config directory after 0e4f1da. Still need to add options for which .ovpn configuration to use. Right now, hardcoded to Netherlands.

also allow for pia credentials to be passed as environment variables
