HMS.size is O(n) and getPathId gets called in the rawDependencyInformation loop

HMS.sizeis O(n) andgetPathIdgets called in the rawDependencyInformation loop, causing potentially quadratic complexity. This is not noticeable in small/medium projects, but it becomes quite expensive in projects with >10k modules, dominating startup times.
