@Kleidukos Couldn't 3.10.2.0 have been revised on hackage to relax bounds for GHC 9.8? (Looks like it from the changes in this PR, but maybe that is not the whole story...) |

This patch release bumps the bounds to support GHC 9.8 in cabal-install{-solver,}.
Depends on #9418
fixes #9415 by replacing 3.10.2.0 on Hackage
This is purely a release for people to build from source. It is not needed to make it available on ghcup
