The time-summary step is mostly useless:

!!! Validation completed in 0.55s
time-summary finished after 0.00s
Total time so far: 0.55s

Each step already prints Total time so far: ... when it completes, so this information is 100% redundant.

The output from each step can be hundreds of lines, though, so it would be nice if the summary showed how long each of the previous steps took.
