Is https://www.haskell.org/alex/ still the right place to look for up-to-date docs?

How do I generate the docs BTW?

Yes, I need to figure out how to update the docs on haskell.org, it's been a long time since I did that.

But how do I generate the docs?

README.md gives brief instructions how to build the documentation.
There is a troubleshooting section helping if the DocBook XSL cannot be
found by `configure`.

configure.ac: Added XSL location for homebrew-installed docbook.
