In trying to use hslogger and the GHC API together, I found that the global
logTreestructure was being created repeatedly and independenly (presumably due to fun interactions between unsafePerformIO and compiled/interpreted code), which made hslogger impossible to use.This patch makes it possible to avoid using unsafePerformIO altogether by explicitly passing the logger tree hierarchy around.
