[UI] POC: OpenAPI Generator Client

Description

Proof of concept that adds an OpenAPI generated request client and API service for Vault UI. The mount-backend-form component and access method item list route were updated to illustrate usage of the api service in place of Ember Data.

Notice error handling is preserved as well as pagination
