Added this so that situations where the yDomain is 0 - ~1500 the ticks will not just show 1k for all the ticks over 1000. See description gif for example of that happening

Can we also remove d3-shape as a dependency assuming that lineal is pulling it in?

I wasn't going to remove that until all the other charts are replaced. It looks like vertical-bar-chart and horizontal-bar-chart still import it for now

I see these are passed to the LinealAxis component as @tickFormat={{this.formatMonth}} - that helps render the tooltip?

This PR replaces the clients/line-chart component with a lineal chart, allowing us to remove the
d3-shapepackage resolution.
