provider/azurerm: Add example of 2 VMs with loadbalancer & lbrules #14257

CI: Build Status

This example provisions and deploys the following resources into an Azure subscription:

  • Resource Group
  • Availability Set
  • VNET
  • Subnet
  • NIC
  • PIP
  • Storage Account
  • Load balancer (and LB rules)
  • 2 VMs

CI process:

terraform get, validate, plan to output, apply output, show
validate with azure CLI
terraform destroy
