This PR sets up the test suite for testing against the live registry and TFC APIs.
I've added a new suite in the
test/acceptancefolder which initializes an in-memory MCP client and server for testing, to avoid building and starting docker containers. To make this work I had to refactor the main package slightly to move the server initialization code into it's own package.PCI review checklist
