Bumping go-discover to use
aws-sdk-go-v2.Ref: hashicorp/nomad#25566, NET-12420 & SECVULN-18860
Testing & Reproduction steps
Unit tests should pass and the Nomad IMDSv2 enforcement should not log any issues when using a new version of Consul.
