Description
HCP Consul is scheduled to release updates on March 29, 2023 that support cluster peering on HCP Consul. Updates to the HCP documentation can be found in a separate repo + PR.
This PR updates the cluster peering overview page and the establish cluster peering connections usage page to add links to the HCP documentation.
