I guess there's a bug in the changelog checker because I definitely have a changelog entry for this PR. I'm going to add the label to turn off this check so that all checks are passing. |

Description
Envoy released some security-oriented patches recently for 1.22.1, 1.21.3, 1.20.4 and 1.19.5. This upgrades our integration tests to run against these latest versions and adds them to the support matrix in our docs.
Note: Since this is for 1.11, only the 1.20.4 and 1.19.5 versions were added.
