workaround for handling multiple bitrate values that are sometimes returned by mediainfo (see https://sourceforge.net/p/mediainfo/discussion/297610/thread/9fc4cae5/?limit=25#b126). Seems to happen with MPEG4 files that are created by TMPGEnc video mastering works.
merge with harvard 1.5.0 release
attempt to use newer mediainfo lib
for Linux using x86_64 RHEL7
ots version inconsistency (53 specified in pom, 51 available in lib-local)

It would be great to merge this as so many medainfo improvements have happened since 0.775 in 2015. |
