Adds support for groupings in status page and checks.yaml

Hello,

I found your project on HN and thought it was perfect for use on my personal projects! One thing I thought would be useful is the ability to group services under headings. Originally, I was going to open an issue and suggest it as an enhancement, but I figured I'd finally pay forward all the FOSS software I've used over the years and try to contribute.

I wrote a quick and dirty version that works for my purposes. I'm not familiar with normal open source etiquette, so I apologize if this is forward, but I thought I'd try to help!
