feat: add WaitForFunctionAsync to WebWorker (upstream #15100) - #3484

Ports upstream puppeteer#15100 which adds waitForFunction support to WebWorkers. Uses interval-based polling (100ms default) matching upstream behavior, since workers don't have requestAnimationFrame. Also fixes injected.js to lazily initialize MutationObserver so it doesn't throw when loaded in a worker context where MutationObserver is unavailable. Workers don't have requestAnimationFrame, so using RAF polling (the default for page
WaitForFunctionAsync) hangs silently. This addsWaitForFunctionAsynctoWebWorkerwith interval polling (100ms default), matching upstream Puppeteer's behavior. Also patches
injected.jsto lazily initializeMutationObserver— the previous eager initialization threw when the script was loaded in a worker context whereMutationObserveris unavailable.Upstream: puppeteer/puppeteer#15100
