Strip caret ranges from all 14 loosely-specified deps so reproducible installs no longer depend on upstream not publishing a minor bump between our installs. No version changes — all pins match what was already installed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
