Minor improvements

This PR changes a few things to use the latest conventions and best practises on the web and adds another project that uses handlebars (muffin).

• Instead of ignoring files with .npmignore, only the required ones will now be included using the "files" property within package.json
• The license was converted into markdown, to make it easier readable
• "release-notes.md" was renamed to "RELEASE-NOTES.md" to match those other info files
• The project description of "Cory" has been adjusted

I'd also like to volunteer for being a collaborator on this repo! 😊 (Since it looks like there's someone needed who manages PRs and issues.)
