This tools is not production-ready and has only really been tested on RHEL and Ubuntu (14.04-16.04) systems. There are no immediate plans to make the Python code portable, though, if there is interest we could look into a docker image.

Still, FabFos.py has been used extensively both internally and by our collaborators, and has been referenced in a number of publications now.

New user needs and features will begin being addressed so we are cutting a version here for reproducibility's sake.
