Network stack OBserver Daemon aka NOBD is a piece of experimental software, which intends to monitor the kernel's network events such as new connections, rising and falling network interfaces, virtual interfaces creation, routing entries modification etc.

Currently tested for compatibility with kernel version 2.6.32.x.
