Should we have a page targeting students?

I've raised this suggestion with @chernjie and @elfgoh before. There's always questions on Reddit asking for quiet, non-crowded places to study (yesterday's and today's).

I know that this idea was frowned upon ages ago, but with the space being quite quiet now, and our need for fresh hacker blood, I wonder if we should try targeting this market.

It's an interesting option. If someone's willing to deal with
administering it then, sure.

(I am concerned about becoming financially dependent upon an essentially
unrelated community, however the current situation is not exactly thriving.)
