I've raised this suggestion with @chernjie and @elfgoh before. There's always questions on Reddit asking for quiet, non-crowded places to study (yesterday's and today's).
I know that this idea was frowned upon ages ago, but with the space being quite quiet now, and our need for fresh hacker blood, I wonder if we should try targeting this market.
