Set vitest pool to 'forks' with --max-old-space-size=4096 to fix JavaScript heap out of memory errors when running webview test suite on Windows. The default worker pool (threads) was causing node to exceed its available memory under the large test suite. Refs: Zoo-Code-Org#443 (Vitest 4 upgrade)
