task 13: created a new function "getTotalBoxesDelivered" which is the endpoint that's gonna be used for the wix api for task 13 (needs to be deployed first before it's useful since wix runs their own servers and wix can't access my localhost when running the website)
task 16: implemented all necessary functions for sending emails. there's no logo at the end of the email — was having trouble implementing but wanted to get basic functionality out first.
note that everytime a request is updated (approved, denied, delivered, etc.) we send an email to the chapteragency, should double check w/ BoB if they actually want this automatic email (since it could get spammy but the positive would be that they have peace of mind and can see real time progress — like the spamming of emails is a good thing, it means progress is being made)
