Point to aws-vault fork

aws-vault project is abandoned and a there's a fork: 99designs/aws-vault#1270

@ilpianista it seems I have had an unnecessarily complicated and obsolete build process here and I had to fix it at #67.

I have also updated it to use the fork you proposed, and published a version from the fork from an earlier release for testing: https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/aws-vault/7.5.0

Please let me know if this is what you expected. If so, I will also publish the latest release. I will start watching the fork so I can make updates if there are new releases.

@ilpianista this has been fixed in the meantime via other PRs and a Chocolatey package has been already published for the latest version.
