Sets up an Xfce4 VM with eclipse 4.5 and GNU-ARM eclipse plugins. Also installs OPENOCD for use with STM32 link.
Vagrant and VirtualBox
Run "vagrant up" Take a coffee. Should be ready in 15-30 mins. The VM will restart 3 times during installation.
