…eceipts projection never landed Pristine-main whole-population regen (generated_artifact_gate main_wet, peak 8.29 GiB, ~7 min local) shows exactly one drifted artifact: this ledger. The committed file is missing the 'Whole-corpus compile-phase frontier receipts — latest validated row' subsection projected from gunbc.self_host_compile_phase_frontier, plus the reworded tail of the emission-board drop row. Every other generated artifact regenerated byte-identical. Gate standing: this drift greening on main is the DECLARED 2026-08-29 rung drop (required gate reduced to the compiler floor — generated-artifact drift demoted to mitigatable, manual-run-only), not an undeclared hole. The required regen phase's population is the 148-artifact stage0 seed candidate only. One sentence appended to the row's authored string (per the roster owner: pointer, not a new carrier), ledger regenerated via main_wet.
