This PR contains only the typed NativeRequest coproduct, typed response coproducts, and NativeRequestDecode carrier. It intentionally contains no admission function, effect-operation identity, effect evidence, realization, transport, generated binary, CLI compatibility, cache, remote execution, or v1 fallback. Source roots consume the canonical branded gunbc.repository_census_observation.SourceRootIdentity.

The original local HostProcessDemand and caller-authorable HostEffectAdmitted vocabulary was removed. Semantic admission must consume XL-1 v2.compiler.effect_demand directly.

Evidence standing

No behavioral or admission evidence is claimed by this schema-only slice. The former constructor/match claim file was removed because a well-typed constructor round trip has no authorable discriminating RED. Decoder refusal variants are schema with no producer until the real decoder lands; unknown-action and malformed-JSON refusal remain deferred gate obligations.

Absent/ambiguous entry, malformed source, emitted-target build failure, selected-test failure, required-roster identity loss, undeclared effects, compiler-generation mismatch, v1 PATH independence, build ordering, derived required-roster production, generation identity embedding, process-exit projection, mutation controls, and the manager-owned src/v1-absent exit gate remain open.

Addressed review 57497 on the current Symbol-integrated head:

• Fixed the execute-response control to carry bool_node(), a real source-identity Node, instead of FreeMonoid::Empty.
• Removed all three prose-only data ...: String declarations; the remaining short scope rationale is a leading // source annotation.
• Kept the schema-only carrier scope unchanged. The operator/manager lean serial-gate ruling explicitly permits fail-closed schema PRs to merge ahead; these request/response/decode carriers survive the terminal XL-2 architecture, claim no admission evidence, author no effect admission, and pin no Symbol representation.

• Removed the locally minted SourceRootIdentity; NativeRequest now imports and consumes the canonical branded gunbc.repository_census_observation.SourceRootIdentity, and fixtures construct that source identity directly.
• Removed both decoder-refusal constructor round trips. With no decoder in this schema-only slice, they were not discriminating evidence. Unknown-action and malformed-JSON refusal remain explicitly deferred until the real decoder can be exercised.

That carrier is non-empty by construction and each Diagnostic contains a typed reason plus a Locus, so compile/test/execute refusals cannot erase cause or location and no local diagnostic vocabulary was minted.
