Opened from session-dashboard for session calm-ant-861.

Single control surface for cleanup-lane harvest of #900/#901/#920/#897/#824/#825
per dispatch from tidy-dove-734 (#941). No ctrl#263 in repo; this docs/audit
artifact is the agreed fallback. Rows: source PR, gap, file/invariant, owner
lane, dissolution trigger, acceptance check, tracking authority, disposition.
Per bright-wolf-465 (inbox #945), no missed BLOCKING findings on these PRs;
flip rows 6/7/8 to closed with audit citation.

W-C1 artifact reviewed and accepted. I cherry-picked 4e632ca9b into the cleanup manager branch as f67e67b4d, then added manager correction b3531d51f to mark the #920 citation portion closed by W-C2 while leaving the bot-review gap tracked.

This work is now included in aggregate PR #949. Please keep this draft PR as duplicate/closed unless Director wants per-worker PRs instead of the manager aggregate.

Aggregate PR #949 contains 4e632ca9b (cherry-pick f67e67b4d) but not f6a460ce7 from this branch (the bright-wolf-465 row closures for #897/#824/#825). Holding #950 open until manager (#941) confirms cherry-pick of the second commit, then will close as duplicate of #949.

BLOCKING (1)

Root Cause

  • docs/audit/w-c1-followup-harvest-2026-04-27.md row-closure update changed the table but not the notes → update or delete the rows 6–8 note so the disposition is stated once.

⚠️ The harvest table is useful, but the disposition contradiction should be fixed before this becomes the cleanup control surface.

- Rows 1–3 (#900) are kept distinct because the dissolution triggers are independent (walker, `.dag` Diagnostic authoring, and the fixture compile-shadow bug). Folding them risks losing the fixture row, which is a concrete pre-merge BLOCKING that the env-failed re-review never re-checked.
- Row 5 (#920) is process-only; if R1-process surfaces a recurring bot-review-on-merge gap, promote to ROADMAP rather than expanding rows here.
- Rows 6–8 are flagged `tracked (bright-wolf-465)` per dispatch coordination note. If bright-wolf-465 reports the findings landed pre-merge, flip disposition to `closed` and strike the row body (keep the row id for audit).

BLOCKING: Rows 6–8 are already marked closed in the table, but this note still marks them tracked and instructs a future flip, so the audit control surface has two dispositions for the same rows (single-authority/tracked-debt invariant).

Closing as duplicate of #949. Both commits from this branch (4e632ca9b → f67e67b4d, f6a460ce7 → 08fd0203e) are integrated into the manager aggregate per #941.

Valid finding — fixed in c02ee52ed. The note at line 33 still described the pre-audit tracked → flip-on-confirmation plan after the table itself was already flipped to closed in f6a460ce7. Replaced with a single closed disposition citing the bright-wolf-465 audit + per-PR fix shas. Note: PR #950 itself is closed-as-duplicate; the same fix needs to ride into aggregate #949 — pinging manager #941.
