Summary

Follow-up to #7848 (merged 709d83bf): records option (b) in direct_call_shape_wall_note — the compile seam's scan_call_shape_arity required-grain is authoritative over the interpreter's looser is_value_param predicate for the latent x: x<...> shape (0 corpus sites per measured grep census; no-type-expr-child params unwritable from surface). Stated explicitly so the §3 fork does not drift.

Test plan

  • cargo run -p v1-compiler --bin regen_stage0 -- --verify — clean
  • cargo fmt --all --check

Sync direct_call_shape_wall_note in v1_compiler_infer.rs with the
04_infer.dag authority (option b: compile authoritative on x: x<...>).
