• Callers and admission witnesses updated; delivered / not-delivered / missing-stages controls re-executed green.

• partition_assigned_wall / harvested_subject_a_assigned_wall return Millisecond so the attribution boundary stays Measure end-to-end (same pattern as admission_settle_from_stage_walls after review 47960).
