UPDATED after main absorbed a lane's set-union dedup: this PR now carries (a) the merge reconciling this branch with main's deduplicated roster (resolved to main's version — zero duplicates), and (b) grants for the LAST two residual ungranted post-cutover paths,
dag/extdeps/languages/lean/overflow.dagandsrc/v2/test/claim/lean_overflow_semantics_witness_test.dag(public language-model + witness files, Publish World).Verified by execution on this head: residual ungranted set vs pinned cutover = 0 paths; wet
publication_placement_gate_passes→true; zero duplicate markers.This makes main's gate fully green for every lane once merged. Third repair round of the day on this carrier — the durable fixes in flight are set-semantics + subtree-grain (#7588) and exact-head admission (landing workflow).
