The header still read DRAFT / no-implementation-until-signed while DESIGN.md already recorded the sign-off and this same PR lands the implementation — two authorities on one lane (cursor/composer-2.5 review on #7197). Flip to SIGNED + IMPLEMENTED, matching DESIGN.md.
Addresses cursor/composer-2.5 REQUEST_CHANGES (review on PR #7197): DESIGN.md/design_document.dag DRAFT+SIGNED contradiction already fixed in ca3e1e3/b5066db2e0; this closes the second finding — §5 still threatened "not accepted as a fix" with no before/after receipt. Fills in the actual post-fix measurement: COPRODUCT_NATIVE_NUMERIC marker zero across all 7 deep-seven modules, materialization_carriers Measure residue named and handed off, not absorbed. Per sharp-bee-290 mandate msg_7a83651e — state the completion construction once (§0), instantiate at additive strength (GroupCompletion, done) and multiplicative strength (FieldOfFractions, model signed, realization drafted for sign in §7.3). No v2 fork exists for FieldOfFractions (confirmed by corpus grep), so §7.2 has no de-fork step, unlike §7.1's GroupCompletion specimen. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The merge of origin/main into session/eager-crane-304 resolved DESIGN.md/ design_document.dag conflicts by taking main's side, which dropped the branch's own bullet linking docs/plans/groupcompletion-pair-construction-design.md, orphaning it and failing the doc-reachability CI gate. Add an accurate (not-yet-merged) status bullet back to the numeric-tower open-thread with the link, and regenerate DESIGN.md via main_wet.

Closing — this is the auto-opened PR on session/witty-otter-765, a DUPLICATE numeric worker I closed earlier as a dedup (my over-eager work-item creation spawned two numeric workers). Its branch carries no unique work: the GroupCompletion content is identical to #7197 (inherited via a merge from eager-crane-304), differing only by incidental main-drift in trait-derive files. The authoritative GroupCompletion lane is #7197, owned by clever-eagle-187. Nothing is lost by closing this; do not merge it (it would be a redundant landing of #7197's work). Not fixing the CI — the PR itself is the artifact to remove. |
